April 13, 2022 – Workshop on stress management: From negative stress to positive stress

Our partners have participated at an online half-day workshop for stress management coordinated by Henrik Levinsson, from Finish on Time.

The purpose of this workshop was to understand what stress is; the difference between negative and positive stress; how we are affected by negative stress, and what causes stress in the academic environment.

The main focus was on practical stress management tools applicable to our work situation, i.e. the participants were provided with useful stress management tools applicable to academic work. 

We have:

• Tried new tools for thinking and acting differently

• Got an increased sense of control through practical stress management tools

• Shared experiences and best practices with other participants
